🍜 Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the Broth: Dilute the desired amount of Sunjayah Curry Laksa Paste in boiling water. 200 ml of water for 200 gm of paste.

2. Add Coconut Milk: Incorporate coconut milk to achieve a creamy consistency. 150 ml of coconut milk for 200 gm of paste.

3. Simmer: Bring the mixture to a quick boil, allowing the flavours to meld.

4. Serve: Pour the broth over cooked noodles and top with your choice of proteins (e.g. shrimp, chicken, tofu puffs) and garnishes like bean sprouts and boiled eggs.
