Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Garlic, Black Pepper, Sugar, Soy Sauce, Bean Paste, Tomato Paste, Oyster Sauce, Chicken Stock
Recommended Storage：Store in a cool dry place, away from light.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Prepare 800gm of beef (preferably rump, sirloin or rib eye) and cut into bite size pieces.

2. Heat pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil. When oil is smoking, add meat and stir-fry the meat at high heat for 3 minutes.

3. Add in 1 packet of UNCLE JAMES BLACK PEPPER SAUCE and stir-fry evenly until fragrant. Ready to serve.
