The crab meat is extremely delicate and sweet and tastes so good when added to scrambled eggs and tomatoes.
Char Siew (叉燒) aka bBQ pork
For this recipe, I recommend using either shoulder pork, lean pork belly or scotch fillets as these cuts provide a good balance of lean and fat meat that will give the best flavour when roasted/grilled.
Sweet & Sour Pork (咕咾肉)
The pork is crispy on the outside and tender inside and goes extremely well with the sweet & sour sauce.

The key to a perfectly steamed egg is the amount of water to be added to the egg and the temperature of the steaming process.
