These recipes are my family’s favourites which they enjoy and request for repeatedly. They are fail proof and repeatable by anyone with minimal cooking skill.
Chocolate Butter Cake with Chocolate Chips

BBQ Pork Puff aka Char Siew Sou (叉燒酥)
The pastry is very flaky and the char siew filling super delicious. The process for making the flaky pastry may be a little challenging but so rewarding when you get it right.
