These recipes are my family’s favourites which they enjoy and request for repeatedly. They are fail proof and repeatable by anyone with minimal cooking skill.
Seafood Wonton Cup
The crispy wonton skin goes well with the soft texture of creamy egg flavoured with taste of smoked salmon.
Prawn Wonton Noodle Soup
I substituted it with ikan bilis, dried prawn and prawn shells. Follow the special technique below to get the prawn plump and crunchy.
Fried Wontons
The skin is super crunchy and the prawn is plump and juicy. Fried wontons taste great with sweet chilli sauce or on its own.
