Peranakan Braised Pork with Assam & Gula Melaka
I was so impressed with the taste of this peranakan dish that I couldn't wait to try making it myself.
Teriyaki Pork - tender and flavoursome
I used teriyaki sauce to braise my pork belly and am quite happy with the result. The pork belly skin gave the sauce a gelatinous texture which I really like. Will definitely make Teriyaki Pork again.
Roast Pork with Tofu (火腩炆豆腐)
With slow cooking over a low heat, the meat becomes super tender and the skin achieves a soft, spongy texture that is really yummy. The gravy is flavoursome and the tofu absorb all that delicious roast pork flavour.
