These recipes are my family’s favourites which they enjoy and request for repeatedly. They are fail proof and repeatable by anyone with minimal cooking skill.
Blueberry Almond Muffins (Skinny Version)
These Blueberry Almond Muffins are simple to make, fluffy, healthy & delicious. To reduce the sugar and fat content, I used honey and rice bran oil to substitute for sugar and butter.
Friands (Blueberry and Almond)
Main ingredients are almond meal, egg white, butter and icing sugar. I made some today with fresh blueberries and some with almond flakes. I like the nutty buttery taste especially those combined with the sweet sour taste of blueberries.
Banana-Almond Muffins
My fluffy Banana-Almond Muffins are easy to make. You won't feel guilty eating these muffins as there is no butter and only one egg is used to make 8 muffins! These guilt-free banana-almond muffins are full of banana flavour and crispy almonds.
Crunchy Slaw Salad
I find this salad refreshing, nutty and crunchy and really quite tasty.
