Goat Curry with Roti Paratha

Goat meat -is lean and and contains less cholesterol, fat, and protein than both lamb and beef. It is especially tasty when made into a spicy goat curry. Let it simmer for about an hour and the goat meat will be plump, tender and flavoursome.
